RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only offer store credit for unopened items in their original packaging, minus shipping and handling charges each way.

Cancellation: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please let us know within 15 days and we'll send a replacement as soon as possible.

Substitution Policy: In the rare event that we run out of a specific product, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
